Inside Sales Representative

Join Marshall Sales Inc. to continue our distribution of fasteners and related products in metropolitan Detroit. For over 65 years MSI has supplied the automotive, manufacturing, and construction industries with quality products to help build America.

The ideal candidate would have experience with fasteners: applied, technical, sale, and/or ordering. Their fastener knowledge will be applied to assisting current customers and outside sales staff with quotation and ordering. While this is primarily a supportive role, there is room for commission-based growth through existing and new account expansion.

Complimentary skills for this position include Computer Proficiency and Excellent Communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide premier customer service with expedited quoting and accurate orders
  • Positively represent the MSI brand and values
  • Support Outside Sales and Purchasing
