The following is a list of questions that the staff at Marshall Sales frequently encounters. If you have a question and cannot find an adequate answer here, please contact MSI via phone or email and your concern will be addressed in a timely manner.

Do you stock all the products shown?

Marshall Sales, Inc. has long been a stocking distributor of fasteners and related accessories and supplies. We have well over $1,000,000 of inventory on hand at all times and ship most parts from stock. We do also many special or "to–print"fasteners that require a lead time from the manufacturing partners we represent. If your fastener delivery falls into a lead time situation, you will be quoted the lead time that the manufacturer requires, in some cases the manufacturer may offer an expedited delivery to meet a need that is prior to the quoted lead time. If this is required, any charges that this may involve will be discussed with our customer prior to acceptance.

What makes a part a "special"?

A special is any non–industry standard part. It could be a special if it has non standard thread, head size, point, patch, plating or tolerance. Our sales staff can tell you if your specific part is a special and why it may be. In some cases our sales staff may be able to recommend a standard fastener that may be able to be used in place of the special, saving time and money.

What type of payment terms does Marshall Sales, Inc. offer?

Marshall Sales, Inc. takes all major credit cards, will ship products COD and offers open account status to customers with approved credit. If you would like a credit application, just ask our sales dept. and one can be faxed or e–mailed to you.

Can I speak with a fastener specialist at Marshall Sales, Inc.?

Marshall Sales, Inc. encourages that our customers speak with our experienced sales staff to find out just what we may be able to offer in service, cost savings and inventory management programs. We strive to provide the right product at the right time at the right price.

Are your products all ROHS compliant?

As the industry moves closer and closer to this requirement, we are working with our manufacturing partners to ensure that all our products meet all environmental and marketplace standards. If you have a specific requirement, please let your salesperson know and we will work to provide the necessary documents needed.

Where do your products ship from?

Marshall Sales, Inc. has warehouses in Kalamazoo and Detroit to ship your products from. However with all the manufacturing partners we have we can ship parts from a number of different locations throughout the United States and Canada to offer the best delivery available when necessary.
